Line up! Veela girls

A little break from Ron’s harem girls, so here we have a Veela clan.

Fleurs grandmother, who we also know provided the hair that serves as the core for her wand, is a full blood Veela.
In the Harry Potter franchise Veela are described as divinely beautiful women who has white-gold hair and skin that shine like the moon. They are apparently native to Bulgaria. But some might have been brought around with travelers. They have an ability to enchant men with their dance, a seductive display if you want.
They also have the ability to turn into vicious, bird like monsters, perhaps not too far akin to that of a harpy when angered.

But they are capable of breeding with humans. This breeding apparently results in children that are quite attractive.
We can only guess about the half Veela‘s temperament, but they seem to resemble humans a lot more than the Veela. Behaving nicely and has great manners, and seem to appreciate good manners as well.

As for the quarter Veela, we see in the movies that they are skilled dancers and very attractive, having many physical traits of their Veela kin. The fury that Veela can exercise and make them transform seem to be bred out rather fast. The temperament might be down to each individual, but the women of France has long had the reputation to be easy to flare and anger - the term French blood I believe is used.

I wanted to mention these things as I have never really drawn a full Veela before. Fleur is a quarter, and her mom Apolline is half.
We are never given a name for Fleur’s grandmother much to my agony - but that leaves it open for us to name her.
In the work I used the name Aurora to name her, as it seems Fleur’s family has a tendency to name their girls with names describing beauty.
Gabrielle is an angelic name, Fleur means flower, Apolline is a name derived of Apollo the Mediterranean god of the sun.
Aurora is the name for the dawn.

So if you don’t mind, I will name Fleur’s Veela grandmother Aurora.
