Sorry for the long wait. I have an active role in bringing my apartment back together so I’m kinda stuck in a bad place.
I am fine really, I just feel really messy. I am trying to get some work done but it’s hard. I have also been out of proper internet so there has been limits to what I can and can‘t do. I hope things are gonna be a little more stable at the moment.
This lining up has Penny McIntyre - both her forms, Justine Flanner, and Monique.

No Penny can’t transform into anyone, her ability is not that of Mystique from X-Men, more like Tohru from Miss Kobayashi’s dragon maid. She can turn into a human form that stays the same, just like her alien form stays the same. Her human form, is how she looks as a human.
