I am back!
I have had myself a little more vacation. I needed it. I haven’t been stressed but I have been a little… out of place - especially since New Year’s Eve.
But I have begun on a daily training program, I am working out, and I am at long last past an annoying block. It happens, just shit it happened right after new years.

For the future pls try not to sound too criticized i know you may have wanted to sound like your giving advice without disrespect but that's your poor choice of words no offense. It's s just that it may sound fine to you but when reading from the person on the other side of the screen it can be painful and Henrik is a very gentle soul. So be more careful in the future pls. 😊
