Dialing in some ABS

The cube was fine but not perfect. This time I decided to print some fan shrouds since they will help me dial in the settings a bit more.

Good news:

1. It sticks! In fact I have to flex the PEI to get the prints to pop off so that's great.

2. Layer adhesion is great. Not brittle at all but I'm getting used to the fact ABS has less flex that PETG.

3. Functionally the profile is working without an enclosure.

4. No stringing whatsoever.

Bad news:

1. Bridging. The bridging was the biggest let down. I used my stock PETG profile which is set to bridge with the thin amount of filament. This seems to be the issue currently as the bridging is breaking apart. Typically bridges that break up are printed too thin or too fast. I do not like trying both at one time so I upped the bridging multiplier from 0.8 to 0.95 to see if this alleviates the issue.

2. I think the ABS is giving me a headache. The smell is extremely mild but if I hang out in the basement too much while it's printing or get really close to the printer I get a small headache.

3. Print quality could be better. I see a few things I'd like to work on but can't till the general stuff is working. Why dial it in while it's not bridging correctly or something else important as changing random settings can affect the important things.
