I got a spool a few months back from Filament One and it’s their new CF PETG.
So far it’s printing really well but definitely a few adjustments were made over my other profiles. Mostly flow as this stuff prints fluffy due to its extremely high CF content. I’m down to 0.85 on flow aka extrusion multiplier to get the print looking sexy.
This has a much higher CF content closer to 3dxtech which makes a very good CF PETG. The downfall is that you have to nail your flow. If it’s even a fraction too high it’ll clump at the end on the nozzle or leave drag everywhere. It’s nice because it’s extra stiff and my unscientific tests says the layer adhesion is still very very good.
I do have a roll of Atomic CF Nylon to test but need to finish getting my duet printer that has the Garolite sheet ready. It’s heat deflection is incredible from what I’ve learned so possibly my new favorite extruder and or fan shroud material.
