Hey everyone.

Work is going great and my health seems to have gotten back to a betterment of what it was before my trip to Japan. Only proves daily exercise is a wonder. Walking 10 kilometers a day for 9 days straight sure made my body work like an engine 😂 Not so weird I was hungry all the time. Then again the food out there is simply sublime.
Karaage was a delicious favorite to both me and my brother - Japanese fried Chicken.
Our friends promised the next time that she would teach us how to make it, as she said it is super simple.
Think Kentucky Fried Chicken - but GOOOOOOOOOOOOD! 😋

Okay, I am hungry, I need to make some dinner after I post this new page.

Poor Amelia, she is in deep waters now 🤭

As an answer to a question that sorta caught my attention. Well my dad owns this company with his wife - a travel agency that sends people on journeys to Japan - some are hiking, some are culinary, others are art related.
But as my dad and his wife has a house in Kyoto, they often invite people on side ventures. It’s actually a really nice little house, in downtown Kyoto. Build after Japanese standards but by a Danish architect who specializes in Japanese style.

Personally I love the place, but it really is just like a summerhouse - just with the best location ever.
That’s how I can afford it. It’s gifts from my father. The tickets were already paid fore, so… instead of canceling them and not getting the full amount back anyway, then use them on family. Easy Peasy. 😊

I hope this settled what little doubt there was in my frequent flying this year.
In my defense, I haven’t had a vacation since 2017 😭 so I think I was owed some self treatment. 😊

But if ya ever go to the lands of the Samurai, do yourself a favor and try Karaage - it’s so good.
