$22 gets you a 32bit board with uart and SPI built in plus a dedicated probe pin plus actual fuses plus TFT touch screen ready plus big mosfets.
I can't wait to try this out on a build and see what 32 bit marlin has to offer.
Now for simple context most 8 bit boards running the atmega 2560 chip like the einsy and Rambo boards have a max steps per second of about 40,000-60,000. A 32 bit board with this specific processor can do 500,000 steps per second with 3 steppers running simultaneously. A duet 2 which is way more expensive teens to be about 650,000 steps per second maximum.
Mind you that you still need chips to make this run so you're looking at an additional $50-$70 dollars depending on your flavor of fancy chips but in the end it's a darn sexy ride.
In the end this means no slowdown with all the features turned on. π€π€π€
