Still dialing in ASA
Added 2020-01-15 23:40:21 +0000 UTCI tried the exact ABS profile I recently made BUT I noticed that ASA is a little pickier. While the part is very strong I can break the parts along the layer lines which means I’m not getting enough layer adhesion.
Overhangs and bridging has been great and the surface finish is very similar to ABS. Overall I think I’ve got my temps figured out but I do have a hardened nozzle on the printer I’m testing with so it’s a factor in dialing this in and then transferring that to brass nozzles.
