I take it she was to tell a story on Halloween and she went with the story of how she entered the world… not really getting that it was supposed to be a scary story, but don’t blame her too much, it is her first time celebrating Halloween.
And YES.
Aphrodite is a TITANESS/TITAN.
NOT an Olympian in the same sense as say Zeus or Hera are Olympians. Aphrodite is technically the daughter of Uranoz - the grandfather of Zeus. Making her an aunt to the first batch of Olympians.
Yeah… and she married one of Zeus’ sons and then later… Urgh… the ancient Greeks were a special bunch!
I hope you like it. It was very fun to sketch and draw.
Aphrodite has always stood for me as a special goddess. A shame she didn’t get more time in the Hercules animated show, as she was good looking in that style.
