Aphrodite in Middleton
Added 2024-10-26 12:55:57 +0000 UTCWhile Hera might miss being the big Boss Lady back on Mount Olympus, Aphrodite is in NO hurry to get back home to Pellucidaria where their seat of power rests.
In fact, Aphrodite loves Middleton. She loves Ron’s house, the people, the stores, the restaurants, the snacks… and most of all, she loves the entertainment.
She might not be a gamer girl, but much like Al Bundy’s wife Peggy - another redhead - she is a true couch monster, and she has already made that couch collapse under her. Remember, she is a Titaness parading as an Olympian - so… she’s a big one.
And the Olympians aren’t small to start with 😂
So Ron will have to reinforce the furniture - especially the beds 😑 because Aphrodite is a wild one in that department - as you might have guessed already.

As a Millennial myself, I would say; YES, there is a huge difference. - perhaps not biologically, but there is a difference. In the Mythos of Ancient Greece, I think it’s a representation about how things change from step to step. I think it was sorta a way to explain the ancient evolutionary process that back then was considered like a staircase - a species could advance, but it was hard, and it was like stepping up a stair. Today we know that is incorrect, but the tales we tell often ascribe to a mentality of the age in which they were told.
