And good morning. Had to talk a lot with both my parents and schedule a meeting with my therapist. That last page stirred something long and old but deeply seeded trauma. Not immensely big, but something that has held me down on certain aspects of my life.
With that little nugget about my mental state - sorry about that - here is another page for ya.
