[NSFW] Pool Party Phoebe

Hi everyone! I wanted to give a little bit of context with these release, I had a couple (lewder) other concepts in mind for Phoebe, however her animations and overall attitude/cuteness kinda clashed with those. So I decided to go with this one, since her hat reminded me a lot of the Pool Party Caitlyn skin (my condolences if you know what I'm referring to).

For this mod I also decided to experiment a bit just to see how she'd look with different hair colors and ended up liking the end result so I included them.

Which brings me something, in case you haven't seen it, there's a channel in the Discord server where you can drop concepts you'd like to see made into actual mods. A lot of mods I've made were taken from there, alongside a lot of stuff I see online.

Lastly, in case you are curious as to how I decided what characters/concepts to make, it really depends on the outfit concept being interesting to me, and then trying to find the appropriate character to pair it with.

This mod, as well as the most recent ones, might not work properly on the old loaders, you'll need XXMI or you might have vertex loading issues.
