Update on HSR

As you may have noticed latest patch also broke/bugged some mods. I have already fixed some mods. And later today I'll be reuploading Herta's. If you find some that are still bugged and you have already redownloaded the mod, please let me know.

In this case the fix is rather simple and so I'll be fixing and reuploading some old merged style mods. But keep in mind that they are already marked as deprecated. so if in the future they break (big time) again like they did when 3.2 dropped, that's it I'm not doing anything for them.

I already spent a lot of time bringing them back, fixing the ini logic to make them script friendly and even updating the textures so they can last usable for as long as possible, but I'm not doing that again, they take a lot of space and are very messy to work with (reason why the script was not able to fix them in the first place) and like to bug out and conflict with random stuff.

Btw if one of those mods already has a newer remastered version, exported with current XXMI tools consider the old ones completely obsolete.
