2025-02-25 01:51:05 +0000 UTCThe creators of Robbie were Felipe Smith (writer) and Tradd Moore (illustrator). Fun fact, they were both invited to the set and Smith is now good friends with Gabriel Luna. The show really treated the comics and comics creators with respect and I love that. Sure, AOS Robbie isn’t 1:1 with his comics counterpart, but you can tell everyone involved wanted to give the character his due and stuck to the core of who Robbie is. Which you can also see in how incredible the VFX are! It was expensive as hell on a shoestring budget, but the VFX guys were so excited to do the character that they put that much more effort into it. When you’re done with the season you should check out the behind the scenes stuff, it’s great.
