The toggles are tied to the membership tiers and go like this:

Baseline. Includes all the usual modular clothing, blush, barefoot and a very pale skin tone toggle.
Extended. Toggle to turn the bikini into a sling one (the previous top and bottom buttons can be used to toggle it off completely and to make it so it's held it place by a buttplug instead), inverted nipples and a pregnant option. Ultimate. All of the above but thicc.
