Titans Tower was first person point of view and had it so that it was if you were looking down at your dick and one or two or three of the girls were slobbering all over it. However this limited the variety as only one angle was seen.
Sensual Realms was third person and had a character you played as and had him engage in various sexy situations. Not as immersive but there was a wider variety of positions and angles.
Do you like one or the other or both?
