Here's the second weekly update about my gainer powder diet.
So, I got use to the nice taste of vanilla ice cream. This week I used more vanilla custard so the shakes were thicker with more sugar.
I also ate a lot, I feel my stomach getting bigger, because I'm hungrier during the day.
The second week was truly great with my gaining, I really hope I will reach 200 kg / 440 lbs soon !
