In this episode, you can clearly see that Stolas wants Blitz more than what their arrangement is. This is where you see that Stolas needs Blitz. Not because stolas is going through a divorce and not being able to see his kid. As the episodes go after this. So yes, in a way stolas wanted more out of that night, given it was ruined because not only did they get exposed, Blitz was so into what Moxxie and Millie have. He wants that, but not for himself, just so he can be in between relationships of those, he has on his side. Luna's obligation to him is because he adopted her, so she has to be with him. Moxxie and Millie work for him, he intervenes so much on they're relationship, because he fails and neglects that he does have someone who wants a genuine relationship, someone to love, to care, in ways where Blitz was brain washed by his dad so much, it explains why Blitz is the way he is. The moment someone finds that string that makes him run away. He puts up so much walls, he guards himself for even feeling anything for anyone. But if you watch closely, how he acts around everyone around him. His job, is so, that it makes him valuable, like he's depended on. In truth, he doesn't need them. He keeps everyone at arms length, so when he needs them, they can call upon him. That's where he feels most important. In truthseekers, you'll see it. Everything past Ozzie's episode.
