Favourite Thanksgiving day dish?

What is already being made by her is : Turkey, vegetarian mushroom gravy, green beans, potato gratin, Brussels sprouts, kasha, real cranberry sauce.
I love to cook / bake So I wanted to make something that stands . What are some of your favourites? Sweet or savoury. Post recipes if you got them!
So far my list is
Stuffing, mash potatoes (only cause I have a buttload of potatoes) and pumpkin pie, keylime pie..

My aunt makes this amazing home made baked dressing and a cabbage borscht. I’ve asked for the recipes and tried to recreate them, but they’re never quite the same.
