I'd like to start by saying how grateful I am to have you folks as my patrons. Looking back at my journey, I can't believe I am where I am today from the little comic I started out of nowhere years ago. Almost made me cry thinking about it. It is still blowing my mind every time I see the outpoured love, enriched discussions, and the kindness you have shown me. I am living the dream of an artist and it is all thanks to you! All of this happened because of every single one of you and I am so thankful. π
Now to the issue at hand. It's the 1st of each month and Patreon would sometimes ask you to re-submit your payment information. When that occurred, they'd usually send out an email. However, I have been told by a few patrons that they did not receive any notification. They just simply didn't see my new posts.
The best suggestion I have is to update the info as soon as you stop seeing new posts from the 1st of each month for more than a few days. Because if there's an actual hiatus or a break, rest assure I'd inform you all first. π
