Idk just seems odd both the water tribe from north and south nothing or the fire nation. Maybe cause the writers just wanted to stick with one nation and earth kingdom the biggest one we can explore whats changed whats haven't. Sad we don't get to see what the fire nation looks with all this new tech though or a bit more on the fire lord.

2024-10-23 04:28:53 +0000 UTCSince it was brought up, Spirituality is not a video game stat it's a mindset. Spirituality is the realization that there is more to life than creature comforts, so the idea that Korra is "not very good" at spiritual stuff, as if it's piano, makes no sense.

I’d also say anything like ‘all airbenders have grey eyes’ would be really on the nose, and it draws from Tai Lee having grey eyes despite being from the fire nation and not being a bender in either show. There’s no basis for anything like that.

2024-10-23 00:40:49 +0000 UTCmy thoughts on the tatts, is if they glow in the avatar state, they must be specifically a spiritual thing, not inhernetly an air bending thing, although they are obviously air culture related. so although master airbenders get them, that would also require a certain level of spirituality, so tenzin shouldn't really have that tatts in the first place and would make sense that jinora gets them, but then maybe guru patik should also have them? i dunno, but it was never really cleared up why the tatts glow

It is a good theory though, and I would be more inclined to agree with it if the new airbenders shared something like the same grey eyes that Aang (and tylee) did.

It tells me you're paying a certain amount when on your end you should be paying more, but I guess the system doesn't see that so it moves you down a tier? I'm not sure, happened to a couple other people too. No idea why. I think the best thing to do is to cancel your membership and rejoin at the tier you're supposed to be at. I can refund anyone who wants one and has been left out of the credits at no fault of their own.

2024-10-22 20:46:09 +0000 UTCSo I thought you were avoiding this theory purposefully, or maybe it’s engagement bait, but I think it’s implied that the airbenders were descendants of Air Nomads from ~180 years ago. They’d primarily be in the earth kingdom since while escaping the genocide that would have been the easiest place to hide. The water tribes are hard to get to, the fire nation was the perpetrator of their own culture’s destruction, and the earth kingdom is the easiest to access and the most likely to help hide refugees.

2024-10-22 19:14:33 +0000 UTCTenzin says airbenders can warm themselves with just their breathing. He just tried to teach them breathing techniques and meditation at the same time. The Kyoshi novel also mentions airbenders are immune to the cold and don't need warmer clothes. Though Yangchen's novel mentions she was, for some reason, bothered by cold temperatures unlike her people.
