Overanalyzing Avatar: The Boiling Rock, Part 2

Alright, like I said, I'm taking next week off for the holidays. So enjoy this, and enjoy your time with family. See you guys in the new year.
I mean.... about a half dozen birds with one stone, not to mention it's Princess Azula, I'd be pretty confident she could just nope her way out of there were I one of the guards

Would the guards actually cut the rope while Azula's on the trolley?

It's good to know that in this episode it's also apparent that this is the moment that azula actually cracks. And it was the final straw when her two best friends betrayed her.

I love that Ty Lee absolutely demolishes Azula in 2 hits. Sure it's blindsided by she just took out arguably the best bender in the show at that point in 2 hits could've probably single handedly beaten all those guards li9ke she did the terra team if the episode wasn't ending in the very next scene.

I just noticed something while watching the show again: while watching Ep 106: Imprisoned I realized that most of the earthbender prisoners were likely members of the earth kingdom army, giving them access to the earthbending tanks and most importantly, the pot. At the end of the episode, Haru's dad even says, "I and all my friends owe you greatly." it is crazy how that is set up from episode 6 and I just thought I would share it here.

As a literal rocket scientist for NASA, I can confirm, Azula did indeed perform a rocket jump

What I took from this episode:
Zhao isn't the only guy with hands that can grow, Hakoda and the Warden are also part of this esoteric society.
All the prisoners appear to be wearing socks, sorry Overanalyzing but your theory from Avatar Day about the chief of Kyoshi island is countered by the Boiling Rock for sure - someone back me up here!

This is kind of a little thing that I only noticed when you talked about how Katara would upset the fight but I really like how at no point did Sokka (or Hakoda, for that matter) bemoan how much easier this escape would be if a waterbender were there. Obviously, the prison wasn't designed for any, given we saw the prison where Hama was kept. But I feel like pre-Piandao Sokka might have wished for bending, so it's good character writing that he doesn't post-Piandao.
