Catching an exploding cosmic ray

These particles are the result of high energy collisions in the upper atmosphere called air showers that are the result of some of the most extreme events in the universe flinging particles through deep space. Today we detect and measure these amazing particles and see how they can be used to directly test special relativity, catch smugglers and even find hidden passages in Egyptian tombs.

Nice project & video! Maybe next time mention they randomly decay, with a half-life and how long they've existed already doesn't influence the odds of them decaying afterward at all. (though i think most viewers already know..)
