WHERE DO YOU FIND INSPIRATION?
It is always difficult for me to answer this question. I find them everywhere, every day, but I don't think finding is the problem here. It is more difficult to notice, appreciate, understand and know how to use your inspirations. I'm still working on it myself. Every day I am bombarded with countless inspirations - in the movies, social media, nature, music, and even in my own art. Filtering them is not easy...
I try to systematize them by creating moodboards with notes:

Thanks to this approach, I am able to understand what I like and why, and then decide to use it in my work:

It's still not very ambitious way of using your inspirations. Mine are mostly based on the aesthetics that I like. So how do you go to a higher level?
GREAT ARTISTS STEAL
One of my favorite artists is Quentin Tarantino. His way of working is based on choosing tons of inspiration from his favorite movies, animations, songs, and then creating something absolutely original by recycling what he will "steal" from others.

His works are so powerful that many consider them to be originals. For me, it's even more inspiring how well he steals and seamlessly blends absolutely diverse themes together. This is what I would like to strive for, but there is still a lot of learning ahead of me.

FEW QUICK TIPS TO CREATE YOUR STYLE:
*** These tips are not only for you, but are also a note for myself :) ***
1. Collect everything that you like - it might be a candy wrapper, sticker you saw on the wall of a public restroom, cute emoji, eyes of the Disney character, frame from a movie, anything!
2. Try to understand why do you like these little pieces. What makes them special? How do you feel when you see them? Don't judge yourself. Just appreciate and understand what you like. Take notes (or make sketches) to organize your thoughts.
3. Create something new from the things that you collected.
4. Don't try to copy just one artist. Steal from many of them!
5. Question the way in which art is made. You don't like that everyone draws girls? Draw boys or non-binary people. You find pretty faces boring? Look for those that are more original.
6. Trust your intuition but first, learn how to listen to yourself in the world full of ready-made-inspirations.
