First off, a quick reminder that now Stellar Firma is out of the initial launch, we will be resuming a weekly release schedule. We've been doing pretty well, but anything you all can do to help (from word of mouth to leaving reviews) is a big bonus to increasing visibility and, ultimately, determining whether we can produce a Season 2.
So, back in December, I mentioned that we're working on a new Patreon plan, to revamp and improve our offering here. We want to provide you with quality bonus content for your support. I acknowledge that we haven't been as great on delivering things as we had hoped, and part of the reason for going slow is to ensure that we can produce bonus stuff in a timely and, above all, sustainable manner.
Although we're not ready to make any big announcements on that yet, I can say that you'll probably see some changes around here on a gradual basis.
One of which is our new appeal video - okay, so, I'm preaching to the converted here, but on the front page, you can see an example of the work that Video Manager Mike has been doing and get to see us be a little bit goofy too. It will be live and shareable on YouTube from tomorrow too, should you be so inclined ;-)
Ideally, the plan is to give you folks at least one piece of bonus content each week (always for the Rusty Nobles and sometimes for the Rusty Knight tier as well). And this extra material will be spread across all of our shows, so there should be at least one thing from each of Rusty Quill Gaming, The Magnus Archives and Stellar Firma each month (fingers crossed).
And this is where you can help. Aside from things we have talked about previously (deluxe transcripts, high-res artwork, bloopers, live Discord events) - is there anything else that you would like to see us do/produce as bonus content? Let us know in the comments below, or message me (either here or on Discord).
And talking of Discord, to round out our launch events for Stellar Firma, for Rusty Nobles, we will be hosting a live AMA with show creators Tim & Ben Meredith in the #podium channel of the RQ Discord this Thursday 28th February 2019 at 9pm UK time. 2019-02-27 23:30:14 +0000 UTCMore behind-the-scenes stuff is definitely on the agenda... and look out for something this Friday along those lines :-) As for a production episode, whilst not strictly a start-to-finish thing, there is a publicly available "Making of" episode for The Magnus Archives (MAG 80.3 during the S2 break).

Not all of the Rusty secrets, obviously but a general idea of what it takes to launch a podcast and/or produce an episode from start to finish - that would be fascinating. Personally, I find the actual work process of things fascinating. Besides, it would give us all an even greater appreciation of everything you guys do. :-)

I for one am all for seeing the Rusty Towers crew goofing around ;D I've no idea for other sorts of bonus content... I love all of what we already have (the Magnus annotated scripts, poetry and worldbuilding extras, the RQG letters and specials, the bloopers...) ... Not quite "bonus content" but I'd love more varied merch such as pin badges? either art or quotes, I'd buy a ton.
