I like to think they were holding hands in the silence after "I missed you" etc "...lonely?"

ASDFGSDFGHSFDGSDF SHIP! SHIP! SHIP!!!! adsfjadfadflalfa Martin and Jon holding hands when?

I love that water is usually the vast but now it's the opposite fear- the buried.

Emma Grace

omg the bit at the end describing drowning had me holding my breath,, so good. and jon’s β€˜i miss you’ aaaaaaaaaaaa

Im an indoor, introvert person. I love my home because it provides me comfort and safety. i also love rain especially at night. It help me sleep. This episode made me fear 2 of the most comforting things in my life. Im starting to regret listening to this showπŸ˜’. Well done guys. Absolutely well done. You probably scarred me for life but great job on this episode.

Agreed. Sincerely heart breaking.

Some fantastic voice acting from both Alex and Jonny in that first section, the difference between them in S1 and now is so pronounced, you can hear every horrible thing that's happened to them in their voices. Great stuff.

(- The Martin-Jon exchange broke my heart but made it very happy at the same time (JON TRYING TO REACH IS SUCH AN AESTHETIC... gosh... and Martin snapping that he's not stupid, and in charge, and following his path even when it's probably going to make him and others crash into a wall...) - The statement was SO pretty and soothing (in a way? also sad, but.) - The post-statement was just rude (... Jan Kilbride ;;) and then "jON" again ("urk, i really don't like this" => 1s and some static later: "ANYWAY-") <33)

At this point, I'm beginning to think that in this universe, individuals turn Bad or monsters go roaming just for the Opportunities to inflict terrible puns all the time to innocent people. ("We can help with the pressure!")

Cassidy

Damn, that was a brand fresh kind of statement, and so dream-like and lovely somehow... love it! Also yeah i would die for Martin (but he wouldn't let anyone do that). babe is IN CHARGE!!

sAZAndorable

That first but with Martin legit brought tears to my eyes. Also nice view of gentrification.

My *heart*

You guys got the feeling of watching a flood creep towards your home down pat, although I can't speak for anything after that. Even the vague peace of the initial rain and watching the waters rise is pretty on point. Also, I'm getting an inkling of what Perer Lukas is planning, and why Martin is playing along.

Distant Egg Song

Oh NO. Oh honey NO. aka excellently done, and I really liked the statement. Very different/interesting take on the Buried. (also my heart and needing it and thanks for that but I feel like that's almost a given)

Danii

ps: if Martin ends up being the (spoiler?) "anchor" - I will die, happy, in a puddle on the floor.

!!!MARTIN!!! You're breaking my heart in all the best ways. This season is incredible!
