Video games

Hey folks! Another week, another check-in at Rusty Towers, this time on the video front.

By now, you'll have all (hopefully) seen the Patreon appeal video and the first 2 installments of Rusty Bits, showing off some of the hard work Video Manager Mike has been doing. We've got a bunch more of those behind-the-scenes peeks in the bag and can't wait to show them off to you.

But what about games? Well, we know many folks have been asking about last year's charity livestream and if it's available. Alas, it isn't at present, since Twitch only keeps the VODs for a week or so if you're not an afilliate or partner. The good news is, though, we were able to get a copy of the footage but it's in an awkward format and will require a reasonable amount of work to get it into shape. But we will be working on it, and are hoping to put the show up on YouTube later this year - and before this year's charity show (planning for which has already begun)!

Speaking of which, if anyone who was present at the venue or watched the show (live or later), has any feedback or suggestions, please do let me know as soon as possible, so that we can factor it into the planning as early as we can.

More imminently, though, we have picked up some video production work. Following a successful initial meeting at Dragonmeet last year, Rusty Quill will be producing the Kickstarter launch event for a brand-new storytelling tabletop card game - The Old Hellfire Club. The launch will include a live-streamed play through of the game, so stay tuned for details of that.
