Episode 11 - Vents and Labyrinths

Episode 11

Vents and Labyrinths

PLANET - 512904- ⟴

Serafina Mouchet requests a planet to demonstrate their wealth and aesthetic sense and requires that it also conceals their location so that no-one can locate them. The use of a mangrove-lined river labyrinth is mandated

Consultant recommendation; Mangrove labyrinth with help from a Graph Friend™. Decadent gondoliers. Gold where possible. If in doubt, computers. Vents = safety.

Comments

Part of this is also seeing Trexel's formative experiences were less than ideal despite wealth and station and how this informs his behavior.

Cher Carlisle

Oh no worries, honestly. You guys are more than careful with the trigger warnings, etc. I know I’m hyper sensitive about that stuff. This is truly an “It’s not you, it’s me” scenario. 😁

Gilligan Mungus

Totally understandable. The issue of David's treatment and emotional abuse was raised as a point prior to launch, and was definitely taken into account when planning his developmental narrative.

Rusty Quill

Admittedly this is my own issue and I’m a total bleeding heart for any underdog - I’ve been having some difficulty getting past a lot of the crap David’s been having to deal with in regard to his living situation and being treated as less than a bug, essentially. This week I’ve completely enjoyed the episode. I like David become more self-assured and standing up for himself, be it by assertion or manipulation.

Gilligan Mungus

This show has become the highlight of my week. It is just incredibly delightful.

Marissa Mendoza

Trexel getting character development but still being a terrible person is a wonderful thing.
