Hereβs a quick but useful ART TIP on drawing light in the eyes in a realistic way. Please remember that itβs not an anatomical drawing. Itβs a very simplified geometry that shows how the light spreads in the eyes β¨
My Concept Art Teacher mentioned it recently and I realized I was using this rule for a while but completely unconsciously. Thanks to him, I can explain it now π
Of course often the light will appear differently but the rule is worth remembering (for example if you wanna draw from imagination/ memory).
