Everyone talks about elias in this scene but Melanie was honestly a diva for planning to kill her boss then go for a drink w/ some friends 😭

RedCanary

"and I suggest he not be a scary magic psychopath. Woops! Too late!" oh no Tim is still funny.

Rurrie

That was my favorite part of the episode. "you drink it". I'm very intrigued by Elias.

Daemonswolf

Oh my. That just make the whole thing substantially more creepy. Excellent work guys.

He's talking to the only thing that's listening...

You know ... Elias has got to be Magnus. There's no way he can sound so very bored about people constantly trying to poison him without people trying to do it for a Very Long Time.

Wren Griffin-Harrigan

Interestingly, last week the narrator describes something bothering him "like a piece of grit in the eye" - I'm sure it's a coincidence, but how wonderful would it be for there to be links between Martin and John's parallel statements?

James Gibson

More hints that some players may have been around for quite a long time. (Including Elias?) And a fascinating indication that Melanie may have been travelling in Gertrude’s insubordinate footsteps. What did Gertrude find out and what was she trying to do?

Joolz

I assumed he was talking to the tape recorder - that he went to turn it on but it was already running. Creepy, nosy tape recorders. :)

Liraven

Great episode all round. But. At 4 minute 50 seconds mark, who did Martin talking to?

meizan asyraf

Martin finally gets one(1) nice thing, meanwhile Melanie is an incredibly nonchalant attempted murderer, and I just love both of them.

Bremen J. Savage

Omg I must be a terrible person because I found the ending to be hilarious. Elias's put-upon sigh was great. Also I could have sworn that Jon mentioned he hated coffee in one of the statements (Maybe the insomnia one?) But I could be mistaken.

Kaitlin Conner

It was great to hear from the others again. Poor Martin, I'm glad Melanie is ready to share the burden a bit. And the ending was absolutely intense. The statement itself was great too, of course!
