Jon kn-THINKing the brother can help him... masterful

Wren

Love how Jon had such a quick arc from, "What do you MEAN I have powers??? what???? no I don't????" to "f**k it guess we'll use my magic powers if you're going to be difficult."

MONSTER PIG

Emma Grace

I love this episode! It's so dark & absolutely hilarious. Sorry, I know this one creeps some ppl out, I find it brilliant. Monster pig for the win!

Miss.Katonic

Just what is Meat? Super creepy, and I love how Jon is using his power more.

Laura Hill

Well now I'm just going to wonder which 'God' the murder pig belonged to and if they got mad someone killed their 'pet'. Plus dude, Daisy, come on girlfriend. I think Murder should stop being your 'go-to' problem solver for everything.

Wren Griffin-Harrigan

I agree Jon's escalation is worrisome. He did seem hesitant in this case, but ethical lines can be so easily compromised.

Mark Sutton

The subtle hesitancy of the Archivist's uses of his skills to compel characters is a deeply artful aspect of character development. Bravo.

Tim

Awww, murder pig cuddles! There's something special about the Archivist saying "clock and balls". Thank you for that moment.

Kaitlin Conner

Oh gosh, this one gave me the willies in a way I haven't gotten in a while. Brrr.

He's been actively using (as distinct from passively) his powers since Elias basically confirmed they're real. Stopping someone in their tracks while they answer you is an interesting mechanism. I DO think trying to get S31 to deal with Elias (non-fatally) is a hiding to nothing. If they're convinced he's something they need to deal with then he's unlikely to spend much time in cells before ending up in a shallow grave. And that's no good for anyone.

Linda Evans

I definitely did not expect such an escalation from Jon, at least not at this point. I'm very intrigued as to where this is going. (Needless to say, I'm also very worried about it.) This was really quite a ride. It was also nice to hear from Daisy again!

Firstly can I just say I've never trusted pigs since reading The Owl Service and this hasn't helped :-) secondly I loved the interrogation and forced self-incrimination; the change of tone when deliberately forcing a question is interesting. The end does does beg the question as to why loads of clues would be left behind, seems uncharacteristically careless.
