Happy Monday folks!

Hope things are going well for you, wherever in the world you may be. Apologies for the delay to this missive and the lack of a Part 2 to last week's as promised. Turns out when you're waiting on key information from other folks, it might take a little longer than expected to get it. However, onto this week's news...

Things are proceeding very well for the run to The Magnus Archives season finale on Hallowe'en - almost all the audio is in the can, most of the special guests have done their parts, the audio assistants are hard at work, and I can't wait to bring you each new title and titbit of hype as we wend our way there. Just one more episode needs to be recorded, and then we're well and truly finale-bound!

Also in October, the Theatre Deli (our venue hosts for the charity livestream once again) are hosting a series of events in aid of mental health awareness, and our very own Mike LeBeau (Head of Video; VA for Tim Stoker) will be delivering a talk on gaming & mental health impacts. This talk will be a reprise of the one he delivered at Gamescom last month and highlight conversations he's had across Europe on the subject. More details here.

In other show news, all the first drafts of the scripts for Freaks' Rolecall have now been submitted by Tom Critch and are awaiting review by Alex. This means that pre-production tasks like assigning a producer and casting will soon be underway! And with regards to Outliers Season 2, almost all the raw audio is now in and work can begin hammering it into shape. It's taken a bit longer than expected due to some issues with the quality of recordings, meaning that some has had to be redone but it shouldn't add too much in the way of delays. Stay tuned to our social media soon as we announce the full run of writers for this series.
