Seasons greetings from Rusty Towers!

Well, that was quite a weekend. We still can’t quite believe how well that went! Thanks to the amazing generosity of the community, RQ: Gaming & Giving 2020 has raised £33,000 towards our nominated good causes: Mind, Action Aid and the Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN)! In fact, you all even managed to surpass our original target of £20k by 6.30pm on Saturday evening. 

Thank you so much to everyone who supported us in so many different ways, such as with donations of time or money, or by spreading the word – you’re all amazing! And if you missed any of it, the VODs are available on our Twitch channel and will remain up for as long as we can, before being transferred to our YouTube channel at some point next year.

From an admin side, things are likely to be quiet on this newsletter front for a few weeks, as we prepare for the festive season, make plans for 2021, and folks take some downtime towards the close of the year, but we will still be letting folks know what is coming out on the feeds each week.

Broadly speaking what you can expect from us is:
- a three part RQGaming special, starting this week, with special guest GM Becky Annison, running her game Bite Marks.
- the remaining two parts of the comic-horror gaming special being run by Jonny, along with the second of our TMA retrospectives, as Jonny & Alex look back at 5 years of the show.
- Season 3 of Stellar Firma continuing on schedule.

As a special bonus during this time as well, we are declassifying the RQGaming Pugmire special to everyone at the Rusty Citizens tier on 25th December! And on New Year’s Day, Knights & Nobles can also expect a mystery package to arrive…

In addition, we know that many folks have been asking about the missing ad-free early show episodes on the Patreon feed, and we are looking to get this sorted by the end of the year. However, this will likely mean some bulk uploading, which may result in multiple notifications for Knights/Nobles, depending on your Patreon settings.
