Fixing for adventure

Hi folks,

Best wishes from all of us at Rusty Towers and hope you had decent weekends. It’s another generally busy but quiet week around here, so not much on the update front this week, I’m afraid.

Thank you to everyone who shared or applied for the role of Communications Assistant – we have received a lot of very good applications so it’s going to take a while to sift though, but I am definitely looking forward to being able to announce a new crew member as soon as I can. 

Also, thank you very much for the generally great response and understanding to the schedule changes for The Magnus Archives. Act I will be ending next week and we appreciate your patience as we work hard to bring you Act II of this apocalyptic journey in September. As a reminder, here are the dates for the rest of Season 5:

End of Act I, MAG176 – 16th July 2020
FIRST INTERVAL (6 weeks)
Start of Act II, MAG177 – 3rd September 2020

End of Act II, MAG189 – 26th November 2020
SECOND INTERVAL (6 weeks)
Start of Act III, MAG190 – 14th January 2021

FINALE, MAG200 – 25th March 2021

After having to delay from our intended release last month, we are very hopeful of bringing you the long-awaited beta version of our Tabletop Roleplaying Game, Ensemble, in a couple of weeks. Full details will be forthcoming with the release of how you, and your gaming group, can be involved in the playtest, and the design team looks forward to your feedback in due course.

One other thing I would like to say, is a reminder to please be considerate with spoilers and anything that you learn from these newsletters, when it comes to the wider community and Internet. I fully understand the eagerness to talk about things with your fellow fans, but it has been brought to my attention that early access show information and details are coming to light before the public releases or public announcements. Please ensure if you’re posting anything, that it is scheduled correctly and/or that you’re in an appropriate forum (e.g. the relevant Patron channels on the official Discord server). Thanks for your understanding on this!
