The Fearsome Four and Inexplicable Endings

It’s officially nearly summer here at Rusty Towers as we welcome the merry month of May. We have an exciting month ahead and wish you all the best. May marks one year since we began donating 10% of every month’s Patreon income to the WHO Covid-19 Response Fund. Thank you so much for your ongoing support and know that it has and will continue to make a real difference.
Firstly, the winners of Rusty Fears 4, our horror short story writing competition, will be announced this week. After the last three years, our expectations were extremely high, but the entries we received blew us away and left us chilled to the bone. This year we had 346 entries, which is nearly double last year! It was a difficult process narrowing down so many spine-tingling stories, but our judging panel of Anil, Helen, Elizabeth and Hattie eventually narrowed it down to four outstanding winners (with an extended list of honourable mentions, of course!). Look out for the announcement, coming on Tuesday.
Friday sees the thrilling finale of Inexplicables. The ICS is in ruins and people are missing amongst the rubble. Can Meredith find her way forward – and find her friends? Meanwhile Harold is on the run, but an unexpected confrontation interrupts his escape.
