I'm excited I correctly guessed hippopotamus would be in that mix!

Tangential: I don't know if Rusty Quill fandom's picked up on this much, but Motzie Dapul of Hi Nay podcast did a fascinating interview with Helen, Alex and Morgan Givens (director of Trice Forgotten):

It’s not RQG-specific, but fascinating if you want some deep craft talk.

The editors and production crew are lovely and I appreciate them endlessly! (Huge applause for the vocal cut editors - you deserve it!) The marble story gave me so much joy.

I thought that dragon sounded familiar! [looks out window at the mountains where the elk live]
So much appreciation for all of you! We ACTUALLY respect your craft!

It's great to hear from the team behind the team! RQG would not be half the show it is without this incredible group of people, and all the behind the scenes people who've come before them.

This was lovely, thank you. I also knew some things about what happened to some characters before I listened to the whole thing and then got to points like "Meeting Grizzop" and was like "Oh no, this is going to be brutal when it happens..."

Yay, I love learning about this kind of behind-the-scenes/"invisible" stuff! It sounds like SO much work to turn an improvised RPG into a polished (and impressive!) piece of media, so I'm glad these people get some time to give their perspectives and tell us how they make that happen!
I actually really liked hearing it as a bit more of a conversation between crew members, rather than strictly audience questions or even strictly interviewing by someone from RQ outside of that arena. Also, it's fantastic just to hear a group of women (or people who use "she" at least some of the time, not sure exactly how Tessa identifies), in a tech-oriented field, who kick ass at their jobs, talking in detail about their craft.

I'm so excited that we got to hear directly from the editors and production crew in this one! You guys do so much work and don't always get the appreciation you deserve. Thank you for all the work you've put in!! (Also this was a super fun and entertaining episode, I love seeing how all this works!)
