EGSM 40: Calibrating... (Mass Effect)

Comments

Great discussion but I agree that several episodes could be spent on Mass Effect. This episode barely scratched the surface. It has made me want to start another playthrough, though, which sucks because I do not have the time.

I have several complaints about Andromeda. I felt like the game overall lacked emotional punch, and I was frustrated that a lot of the game felt like a fetch quest but with planet hopping to speak to different people. That being said, I'm interested in revisiting it to see if it's improved with age.

Marie

I maintain that Andromeda is actually a good game. It's just different from the Shepard trilogy and people reacted badly to it.

Ian Atkinson

Super disappointed by the discussion of Andromeda 😔 it had a bad (too early) launch but it has some wonderful characters and story and they at least tried to do something new in the same universe. Calling it bad is a strange judgment call to make
