Hot takes, havoc, and (monster) hearts

Firstly, thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday for the Chapter and Multiverse AMA! We had an absolute blast hearing all of your questions about the show, sharing some hints for upcoming seasons and chatting with you after the panel was over. We were able to record the panel and will be sharing it with you soon. We are planning similar events in the near future, so keep an eye on the newsletter for these.

It’s due to be a busy week for everyone behind the scenes here at Rusty Towers, as we’ve reached a couple of recording milestones: with Trice Forgotten well into recording, Cry Havoc! Ask Questions Later began its first proper readthrough today with creator David K. Barnes. We also recorded the final episode of our Chapter and Multiverse Masks campaign and will soon start preparing our second campaign, where we’ll be playing Monster Hearts!

Speaking of Chapter and Multiverse, this week superheroes Adeeb, Mini, Morgan and Joseph and trying to escape the mess they’ve made, but their wake of chaos is starting to catch up with them!

On Friday, we’re really excited to launch a brand-new Patreon-exclusive series: Azu and Cel: Problemagicians! Set in the years after the finale of Rusty Quill Gaming Azu and Cel are travelling the world solving Patreon-submitted problems! The series will involve some spoilers for the finale and epilogues of Rusty Quill Gaming, so please try to avoid discussing spoilers in the comments of this newsletter. In this episode, they help a group of friends with a culinary issue. With Azu’s emotion-centric solutions and Cel’s scientific genius, will they be able to propose a sustainable result?

Finally, on Enthusigasm this week, it’s time for Lowri’s Hot Takes! You may know that producer Lowri sits in on every recording of Enthusigasm, but is usually not able to join in with her own opinions. Now it’s her time to share her thoughts on every topic she missed out on.
