Hi folks,

We cannot believe it is already December! Here in the UK we’ve had a week of frosts and snow, making it truly feel like winter is here and the autumn is over. Here at Rusty Towers, we’re beginning to wind down for the end of the year, preparing for the launch of The Magnus Protocol in January and continuing work on the various series to be featured in Neon Inkwell next year. It’s such an exciting time capping off a really good year of new podcasts, events and more.

It's been a wonderful year for our fans too, as we’ve seen from the end-of-year wrap-ups that were published last week. We love seeing everyone’s Spotify Wrapped and similar listening stat information – thank you so much if you shared these with us on social media or via email. We are incredibly humbled that all of our shows feature in people’s top five podcasts of 2023. We were also extremely proud to be featured in Tumblr’s Year In Review – The Magnus Archives incredibly ranked #8 in the “Web Series” list. Thank you to everyone who has posted about us on Tumblr, or recommended one of our shows on social media this year.

This week, on the public Cry Havoc feed we have another Backstage episode discussing the music and scoring of the show with composer Sam Jones. This is available to Knights and Nobles now right here on Patreon.

Meanwhile, on the Neon Inkwell feed our science fiction horror series by Jonathan Sims and Sasha Sienna, Of That Colossal Wreck, continues. We are almost at the midpoint of this short series, and the tension is building. This week, the survivors are still reeling from their discoveries. With limited information at their disposal and the party divided, they need to act fast and decisively in order to stay alive.
