Comic Con and Colossal Wreck

Hi folks,

What an incredible couple of weeks it has been. Yesterday, we were at MCM Comic Con in London, hosting a packed meet and greet and a panel. The week before we were in Manchester and shared the Digital Premiere. It’s been hectic, but so much fun.

The pandemic put a lot of our in-person event plans on hold, so going to MCM this weekend was extremely special. We had an amazing time and were blown away by the number of people who showed up to meet us. We could not have anticipated how many of you showed up, and were really sad to have to cut off the queue when we ran out of time for signing. The panel also went really well: considering this was our first ever official MCM appearance, we can’t thank everyone enough who showed up, chatted to us, took photos, cosplayed and listened to our talk.

We’ll be sharing the audio-only version of pilot preview for The Magnus Protocol tomorrow as a Hallowe’en treat. Kickstarter backers who pledged for early access to episodes (Researchers and above), will also be receiving the audio-only version. Once everyone’s had time to listen to the pilot (and, if you’re like me, re-listen and re-listen), we’ll be hosting a livestream with Alex and Jonny on 8th November at 18:30 GMT to chat about the pilot and celebrate its release with you all.

If you've listen to the pilot preview, and can't wait until January, you will be very pleased to know that the first series in our upcoming anthology podcast, Neon Inkwell, will be a science fiction horror written by Jonny and Sasha Sienna. Of That Colossal Wreck will launch the Neon Inkwell feed on 24th November. When five artificially grown people awaken on an abandoned space station long after the extinction of humanity, they must confront their purpose, their future and the carnivorous alien beings that have taken over the facility. As always, Patreon subscribers at the Knights and Nobles tiers will get 48-hour ad-free early access to every episode, meaning the first episode will be available here on 22nd November.
