Comments

I love how this episode draws attention to the difference between what Dori was raised to believe empathy and understanding is. Ie; the kind that is really just putting a nice face to subtle and un subtle pressure on people to fit in vs actual empathy and understanding. Which in this case is highlighted by the way Dori stands up the family member who pushed Will to drink. It really brilliantly emphasizes the way Dorian is learning to respect other people's boundaries versus how his boundaries are being just trampled over too.

This episode just hit me right in the feelings. That, and, I'm fantasizing punching Ned's manipulative face so hard.

The way Will's addiction problema and the pressure he was put THROUGH were sosososoooo well narrated (As well as the rest, only that that part hit my guts soso much)

This episode was so chewy and delicious :O ough, my stomach is cramping with anticipation. And HANNAH P!!!!! So good to hear from her again! :D Also, the sound design is still so gorgeous, can I just. I recently started working on my bird call recognition. And I really really appreciate how well done the birds in the sound design are for this particular pod. The volume and variation are like, perfect, it sounds so real I actually thought it was just real birds last time I was listening while out on a walk. I’m loving it :) Thank you for another beautiful installment RQ cast and crew! x
