支援者様限定　更新　違法サイトのお話

今日は雑記です。

あまり前向きな話ではないのですが、今後の投稿内容や方針などに影響しそうなので書かせていただきたいと思います。

先日、pixivで交流のある方から連絡がありました。

私のFANBOXでの投稿作品が、海外(？)のサイトによって転載されているとのことでした。確認したところ、全体・限定公開に関わらず昨年末くらいまでの投稿が全て開示されて公開されておりました。

いわゆる割れサイトというやつですね。FANBOXに限らずさまざまなサイトの有料コンテンツが無料で閲覧、入手できてしまうというアレです。

末端ながら、いちクリエイターとしてこういうサイトに対して抱く感情は当然ありますが、言葉が荒れそうなので今回は述べるのはやめておきますｗ

今後の対策や支援者様への対応と言うことでいくつかお話しさせていただきたいと思います。

サイトの存在など根本的な問題は別としまして、個人的に一番重要な点は「有料コンテンツが無料で公開されている」ということだと思います。

支援サイトであるFANBOXで有料コンテンツと言う表現は適切ではないのかもしれませんが、あくまで対価という意味で用意させていただいているコンテンツを無料で見れるというのはあり得ないことですし、理不尽極まりない話です。

対応などと申しましたが解決策はわかりません。しかしこのまま何も対策をせずに活動を続けていても支援者様に失礼ですし、何より個人的に納得がいきません。情報を集めていろいろ対策を進めていこうと考えております。

急に大きく運用方法を変えることは難しいですが、具体的な変更点などは随時お知らせしようと思います。

何か良い方法や身近に経験談などあればお聞かせいただけると助かります。

It's not a very positive story, but I'd like to write it because it seems to affect future posts and policies.

The other day, I received a call from someone I interact with on pixiv.

I heard that the work I posted on FANBOX was reprinted by an overseas (?) site. When I checked, all posts up to the end of last year were disclosed and published regardless of whether they were public or limited.

It's a so-called broken site. It is that you can view and obtain paid content from various sites, not just FANBOX, for free.

As a creator, of course, I have feelings for this kind of site, but I won't say it this time because the words seem rough.

I would like to talk about some of the future measures and responses to supporters.

Leaving aside fundamental problems such as the existence of the site, I personally think that the most important point is that "paid content is released for free".

It may not be appropriate to use the term 'paid content' on the support site FANBOX, but it's unreasonable to be able to watch the content that we have prepared for you for free, and it's extremely unreasonable. It's a story.

I asked for a solution, but I don't know the solution. However, it would be disrespectful to our supporters if we continue our activities without taking any measures, and above all, I personally cannot accept it. We are trying to gather information and take action.

It's difficult to suddenly change the way we operate, but we'll keep you informed of specific changes as they become available.
