UPDATE 2: In the process of resolving the password issue, the draft version of the report was published in error. Materially there was a minor error about the alleged SRBM strike in Severodonetsk. The correction has been highlighted. Updated version removes draft language about the cruise missile strike on Lviv, editing artifacts in the Kyiv section, and readability changes.
