Added 2022-05-31 18:06:25 +0000 UTCIt appears that Ukrainian forces are making a tactical withdrawal from Severodonetsk. Claims put Russian control (military definition) at 50% to 70%. They gains are coming at terrible losses in proportion to territorial gains.
No encirclement and there continues to be no progress from Popasna beyond what we already covered in earlier situation reports.
