There continues to be pockets of Russian forces in the Oblast, mostly northwest of Kyiv and moving toward Belarus, but Russian and Chechen troops do not control any settlements, towns, or cities.
There are numerous videos of abandoned equipment, and several videos we are trying to geolocate showing obliterated Russian convoys.
Post office security cameras in Belarus are showing lines of Russian troops with stolen property, getting it packaged to be mailed back home.
The Ukrainian General Staff is reporting they have uncovered mass graves in Bucha, where more evidence showing the methodical execution of civilians is being found.
ASSESSMENT: The humanitarian situation in Chernihiv will start to improve with the withdrawal of Russian forces to the west and southwest of the city.
