He has called for Azovstal to be hermetically sealed so not even a fly can get out.
ASSESSMENT: Considering Ukrainian marines were fighting 3 kilometers north of the Azovstal complex and executed a successful relief effort to the city center, not sure how the city is...csptured and under control.
