Saw the KIA to WIA #s. As a US vet. Even the lowest enlisted carried small med kits. Enough to stop bleeding out and in my case , I carried a mid level kit. IVs to keep them alive. The truth matters and that’s why I follow you. The SITREPS are tremendous.
