Due to operational security, this likely happened earlier in the week. On September 2, we observed a large group of fires in and around Kostyrka and shared that in the Situation Report. We had assessed on July 28 that a retreat from Vysokopilya would be a nasty affair across 12 kilometers of open territory.
Based on all the available evidence:
1) Liberate Arkhanelske
2) Reinforce Olhyne
3) Challenge Novopetrivka
4) Push on Vysokopilya from three sides and threaten to encircle the Russian garrison
5) Follow the teachings of Sun Tzu and leave a golden bridge of retreat
