Today's report is 49 pages. The report is late tonight because we had lengthy discussions on whether Lysychansk was still contested, and where the new line of control is located. We also spent a lot of time looking at Sentinel-2 2LA imagery from the July 2 pass to determine the status of the Luhansk oblast.
For our readers the fall of Lysychansk is a bitter pill to swallow - there was other news in today's report that is favorable for Ukraine.
