Added 2022-07-16 08:56:33 +0000 UTCOn July 12, Ukrainian artillery set up conditions for an offensive on Bilohorivka, Luhansk.
On July 13, the Kraken Battalion moved into Bilohorivka with artillery support and liberated the settlement. Russian troops took heavy losses in house to house fighting.
There were multiple Russian POWs taken after the remaining force surrendered. The captured troops were well equipped.
Video of the entire operation was released a short time ago and we geolocated. Based on this information, Hryhorivka has to be under Ukrainian control and this reinforces Zolotarivka is contested.
